FSI is a privately held Danish-Filipino company that was founded in the Philippines in 2007 by two industry experts. The team felt the pressing need for a shopping cart software that is simple, functional and usable for business users who would like to start ecommerce business with relatively simple procedures.

It all started in 2006 with a shopping cart software developed by the partners to be used exclusively for their chain of boutique and e-commerce websites in scandinavian region. A full featured application with shopping cart, crm, inventory, content management, web analytics, shipping, and point of sale. The software evolved and the team realized its worth sharing with the industry and so the software’s design, architecture, and interface was reviewed and revised to meet with range of business requirements of the international market. An innovation in the product that will changed the way e-commerce business owners do business.

A software so innovative that we are still tight-lipped telling the public of its features and capability until we have our first public release. A complete suite of features a business owner needs to make money with the internet. The software was so innovative that partner firm in Demark who used the first version was able to setup at least 20 e-commerce shops in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and USA in very small amount of time and is able to managed all easily.

In less than six months, FSI received additional funding which paved the way to expand the product development effort. This allowed FSI to moved into a new and better office. FSI is headquartered in Landco Tower, in Silicon Gulf; the term to refer to Davao City, Philippines.
